Paper & Metal Scrappers- Beeswax Collage

It has taken me all week to get this post up!
I have had a jam packed week.
In and out of the studio and meeting with clients for design projects.
Today I have some time to post and breathe.
I'm off to go see "Twilight" with my niece and Lesley today. The two of them passed the Twilight books on to me a few months ago.
I became instantly hooked.
I love a good vampire read. Especially with teen angst.
My expectations for the movie- not so big.
Anywho- I wanted to post a few pics.
Also send a big shout out to the ladies at Paper & Metal Scrappers in Payson!
I had a great time with everyone.
Amazing pieces, inspiring talk, and great techniques!
Great works came out of these two classes.

A huge "thank you" for Barbara and Brenda the owners.
You have a great store and inspiring spirit!
I want to thank Kim for helping me navigate around the classroom.
and for being such a positive force in both classes.
Can't wait to visit you again in the Spring.
For all the students that took the classes - I will have beeswax notes ( and perhaps a photo demo for you to follow) out to you this weekend.
I apologize for the lateness.
But I want to add lots of new information to the notes.
Especially when it comes to working- big and small.
Also a new section on working with different inks.
Not to mention working with Utee Dye!
So be patient- it will be out soon!

What a great post... the class and the creations... can you tell me if you use anything with your beeswax? I tried it over a watercolor and it just flaked off... Thanks, Roxanne
