My Favorite!
Courtyard Ghost
Some say this long coated apparition may be the best proof yet.The 16th Century Hampton Court palace in south-west London is well known for alleged supernatural activity, but nothing suspicious has been caught on film before. Henry VIII lived here. However, in October 2003, this curious image was caught on the palace's video-security system. Security staff heard alarms ringing in the exhibition hall in the palace due to open doors. But on investigation they found the doors closed. After securing the door each time, they returned to their office to view the footage to see who had opened them.On the first occasion the footage showed the doors flying wide open, but no evidence of why they had.On the second, the guards were stunned when a ghostly figure in period dress suddenly appeared on the screen and closed the doors. The same thing happened on a third day, but again no figure appeared.Australian tourists also claim to have seen a ghost near the exhibition area. The palace, in West London, has ruled out its guides as suspects because they do not enter that part of the building. Strange but cool.
