So here is a pic that I took while traveling in Idaho.
I love ghost towns.
Old buildings, crumbling ruins, places forgotten.
Places that once held hopes, dreams, and sometimes sorrow.
A genuine ghost town is the best... if you can find one.
My favorite is one that has abandoned items...
old furniture and belongings.
It tells a richer story. You get lost in the back story of the place.
Your curiosity grows.
Your senses go in overload.
Before you know it... you can sense a ghost or two.
You sometimes pick up on that old energy.
The voices, the emotions, the shadows of the place.
I always go thru my photos intensely when I come back
from a photo shoot in a ghost town or old building.
Because every once in awhile...
I can catch a picture of that shadow that was watching me.

Love these pics!
Wow! Those are fabulous!
Very eerie and nostalgically beautiful at the same time. Like ghosts trapped in a long-buried memory. Does this use the beeswax collage technique you were referring to?
